Arabian Drive - In the framework of joint cooperation to create a healthy working environment for the employees of Al Jabr Holding Company and share the company's successful experience in this field, the second meeting between the SNCWCs and Aljabr Holding Company was held in Dammam, in presence of Engineer Nassir Al-Jareed, Chairman of SNCWCs, Engineer Sami Al-Harbi, Advisor of SNCWCs, Mr. Abdul Salam Aljabr, Managing Director of Aljabr Holding Company, Mr. Wail Baghdadi, Chief Operating Officer of Aljabr Trading Company, Mr. Saad Aljabr HR Director, and a number of general managers in the company. During the meeting, they reviewed the positive aspects achieved in the light of joint cooperation and discussed a number of topics that enhance efforts to raise the level of the work environment, spread the workers culture in terms of rights and duties among employees, and exchange the results of experiences in this regard.

The Saudi National Committee of Workers Committees (SNCWCs) honored the marketing departments of the different branches of Aljabr Trading Company, Aljabr Car Rental, and Aljabr Finance Corporation for their distinguished efforts in supporting the branches' inhouse workers committees and activating their role.

The meeting also witnessed Aljabr Holding Company honoring the SNCWC's members in recognition of its prominent efforts in spreading worker culture to serve employees in all sectors, which supports the national economy and achieves the objectives of 2030 Vision. The company also honored the inhouse members of the Committee for their active efforts and initiatives, which are commended by all employees of the company.

On this occasion, the Managing Director of Aljabr Trading Company, Mr. Abdul Salam Aljabr, stressed that the cooperation with the SNCWCs has resulted in many positive aspects that the company has benefited therefrom in its strategy to enhance the internal work environment and make it more positive and attractive, based on the full belief that this is the biggest incentive for employees to innovate and provide the best of their ability in order to develop and promote the place where they work, praising the efforts of the blessed SNCWCs and its continuous activation that serves the public interest.
