CEER has celebrated the graduation of its Saudi engineers from the WAA’ID Program, marking a major step in the development of Saudi talent for the Kingdom’s growing automotive and electric vehicle sector.
A Milestone for Saudi Automotive Talent
CEER, Saudi Arabia’s first automotive company and homegrown electric vehicle brand, celebrated the graduation of its Saudi engineers from the WAA’ID Program under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program.
The ceremony was hosted at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources in Riyadh, bringing together senior government officials, participating organizations, and industry leaders committed to developing the Kingdom’s future workforce.
The event was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, and His Excellency Yousef Al-Benyan, Minister of Education.
CEER Graduates Represent the Majority of the Cohort
The ceremony recognized 69 graduates from the WAA’ID Program, with CEER representing the largest group through 40 Saudi graduates.
Their graduation marks the transition from academic and practical preparation into permanent engineering and technical positions within CEER.
All 40 CEER graduates have now moved into permanent engineering and technical roles within the company.

The ceremony highlighted the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources’ role in creating an environment that encourages industrial innovation, advanced manufacturing, and investment in Saudi talent.
