The initiative serves as a crucial pillar in driving Saudi Arabia’s transition toward sustainable mobility and high-tech domestic manufacturing under Saudi Vision 2030.
I started taking a 20-minute walk after lunch instead of trying to force myself into intense workouts, and I’ve been much more consistent since then. My energy and sleep improved within a couple of weeks, which made it easier to build other healthy habits.
